Today's Null Byte covers a simple, universal way that you can hack your game saves. However, some game saves cannot be hacked easily, because the developers will sometimes put encryption in place to prevent gamers from modifying online stats and other global statistics.
Then load the game up again with the same file and try not to make ANY changes to the game OTHER than what you are trying to tweak (which could be hard to do) but say get an extra 100 bucks and do nothing else.. save the game in the same spot.

And the Lords of Waterdeep app isn't just cheaper than the physical board game; the iPad version actually streamlines some of the game's trickier elements. The app highlights the quests you have enough resources to complete, places markers on the quests you'll get extra points for completing, and keeps a running tally of the score so far for each player. It also automatically applies special bonuses that you could easily forget in the physical version while trying to keep track of all the game's elements. Plus, it saves you the trouble of storing and setting up a very large board game with hundreds of pieces.

Before Dungeon Lords, there was a quaint little trilogy of dungeon crawlers titled Wizardry. A programmer named David W. Bradley was tapped to design three games in the series (namely, Wizardry V, VI and VII), and he essentially redesigned VI's game engine and story to give them a sci-fi feel.

Lands of Lore: The Throne of Chaos is a 1993 role-playing video game developed by Westwood Studios and published by Virgin Games for MS-DOS, the NEC PC-9801, and FM Towns. It was the first installment of the Lands of Lore series. The player travels around various environments, collecting items and battling monsters in an attempt to save the kingdom from a witch named Scotia, who has acquired shape-shifting abilities.
The game is a dungeon crawler, presented in a real-time, three-dimensional view from the character's perspective similar to the interface used on the Dungeon Master game and the Eye of the Beholder series.[1] The player can move around and interact with the world by performing actions such as picking up items, throwing them, and using them on objects.[2] Features such as locks and switches (which affect the world by triggering events such as walls appearing or disappearing) are abundant, and the latter can be interacted with directly.[2][3] The player can obtain a map showing the player's current location, as well as important points on the level.[4]
Lands of Lore: The Throne of Chaos was released for MS-DOS in September 1993.[30][33] An Amiga version with 32 colors was planned.[34] Initial versions of the game contained a bug that prevented players from completing the game: at one point, the player can be tricked into handing over a crucial item. If the player does so, the item was supposed to be retrievable later in the game. The team missed this and did not put the item back into the game in the event the player handed it over, making the item permanently lost and the game unwinnable. One player who encountered this bug was asked to send his save game file to Westwood, so they could edit it to add the lost item to his inventory.[30]
Lands of Lore was a runner-up for Computer Gaming World's Role-Playing Game of the Year award in June 1994, losing to Betrayal at Krondor. The editors wrote that it "features impressive special effects that some said couldn't be done in the MS-DOS world and a delightful story that blends together many of the classic fantasy archetypes of shape-shifting". Stewart won the Best Male Voice-Over Award. The editors stated that he "was perfectly cast as the royal monarch. His vocal range gives a sense of urgency and reality to the game as the story unfolds".[47]
In 1994, PC Gamer UK named it the 22nd best computer game of all time. The editors wrote that it "is still one of the only RPGs to stand up against the Ultima series. It's not similar, by any means, but that's one of its strengths: it succeeds by being different".[46]
The Core editor comes with THOUSANDS of built-in 3D shapes, props, and materials to use as a basis for creating new models. All original models for games are made using this content, which is downloaded with the Core Launcher itself, so games and projects can be loaded almost instantaneously.
While Manticore Games is the developer and operator of Core as a game editor and platform, our awesome Creator community makes the games people play on Core. On Core, you retain your existing intellectual property rights to games that you publish, and can monetize them if you wish. Basically, this means that you, not Core, have rights over your game ideas and can take that idea wherever you wish..
It's earned by fusing a Chaos Crystal with at least 50 or so charges with any melee weapon. The unique sword will be created. It will, at first, be unidentified and always require 14 strength to successfully wield. Attacking enemies a few times will reveal a random enchantment upon the sword. This will be followed by repeatedly upgrading the sword every few levels (+1, +2 etc.) as well as further reducing the requirement to wield, which increases the efficiency. It is recommended that if there is a specific enchantment desired, save the game and then monster hunt until the desired enchantment is reached. Also note that infusing any cursed melee weapon will remove the curse and generate an entirely new weapon whilst consuming the old one, so no need to worry about cursed chaos swords.

Zapping a chaos staff will cause one of six effects:
There is also another game developed by the NYRDS team named "Jumpy Rat", a side-scroller in which the player controls a marsupial rat, attempting to jump between columns of dungeon wall without hitting them. Nevertheless, although it themed after assets from Original PD it is not an actual mod of Remixed Dungeon (or any other Pixel Dungeon) at all in its gameplay or codebase.
The warlords franchise seems to, these days, be better known for its spinoff series, Battlecry, than the man series. The franchise is actually still alive, though the more recent games hardly have anything in common with the games that started it all, with Puzzle Quest: The Legend Returns arguably being the latest Warlords game. Arguably.
Warlords started its life as a series of streamlined turnbased strategy games that lacked the complexity of many of their contemporaries, but were easy to pick up and play, even with little prior strategy experience. The main series only ever received four entries, and the first three have been released on GOG, with the fourth one, Heroes of Etheria, never receiving a re-release.
There are a few special fields that need interpretation. Time stamps are recorded in minutes of game time starting from point 0x0. Tamriel has 12 months per year, 30 days per month, 24 hours per day, and 60 minutes per hour. Point 0x0 is per definition 00:00, 1st of Morning Star, 3E 404. The actual game starts 0x07fd0a in-game minutes from this point which is 13:30, 4th of Morning Star, 3E 405. The first 4 bytes of any AMF- and ATF-file contain also a time stamp of this kind and indicate the date when the respective dungeon or town was last visited by the player.
Now, the program itself does not allow you to enlarge the red bar beyond the limits of clicking-area, but a simple hex-editor does, if you only manage to locate the vars. As the size differs slightly from time to time, one cannot use the same offset for every savefile. To find the values let your hex-editor search the savetree.dat for these hex-values: 7F 7F 00 80 00, the first byte being the detail. These are the default values for a newly started game. If you have changed the bars manually in the meantime, set all three bars back to the maximum and search for 7F 7F 00 7F 00. Now change the first byte, the detail level, to FF. When you load your game, you'll notice that your range has been doubled making everything look much better! (Not as good as unlimited range, but beats the hell out of the first one :)) 2ff7e9595c
